DEAR GUS

Client: Dear Gus

Overview: Dear Gus is a tiny European-style wine and snack bar in Vancouver, Canada. I photographed a special Supper Club collaboration that brought a visiting pastry chef’s sweet treats into the mix, shooting the space and dishes entirely with natural light. The images highlight the intimate room, the staff, the rotating small plates, and the warm, detail-driven atmosphere that defines Dear Gus.
