Client: MORTADELLA

Overview: Mortadella is a Roman-style pizza and sandwich shop on Vancouver’s Main Street, and this shoot captured the restaurant during its opening week and across a full day of service. Using natural and ambient light, I focused on the rhythm of the space — chefs prepping dough and toppings, staff interacting, and guests enjoying the warm, nostalgic atmosphere. The goal was to create a seamless narrative from evening bustle to daytime prep, blending environmental portraiture, lifestyle, and product photography.
